Remains of the Day: No Siri, that's my baby

The iPhone 4S meets its match in the team at iFixit, Apple may add movies to the cloud, and one Apple executive gets a lengthy write-up. The remainders for Thursday, October 13, 2011 are down for the count.
iPhone 4S Teardown (iFixit)
In a development that should surprise absolutely nobody, iFixit has already turned a brand new iPhone 4S into a pile of parts. The crew found a 1GHz A5 processor, 512MB of RAM, and absolutely no trace of that Siri chick.
Apple prepping movie cloud service (LATimes)
According to the LA Times, Apple may be planning to add streaming support for movies to its iCloud-based media offerings. Supposedly, you'd be able to stream a movie you purchased via iTunes to any iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, or Newton that you own.
Scott Forstall, the Sorcerer's Apprentice at Apple (BusinessWeek)
BusinessWeek has an extensive profile of Apple's senior vice president of iOS software, Scott Forstall. The article describes Forstall as a "polarizing" figure who follows closely in the footsteps of his mentor, Steve Jobs--even down to having his own signature outfit for presentations. That was after, of course, Forstall was made to give up his first choice for wardrobe: a realistic Darth Vader suit.
